I agree, Additonal hours used will be charged $100 prior to Party contract time, $150 per hour after the contract end time unless approved by Management.

I agree, In the event of natural causes like Rain, Snow, extreme heat, If the venue was deemed unusable by ADDA Management, ADDA may cancel the booking and issue a complete refund of Security deposit and Rent unless the customer agress to reschedule to another available day.

I agree, If I bring Alcohol I understand that alcohol shall not be served to a person under the age of twenty-one (21) and I confirm anyone serving or consuming alcohol is above the age of twenty-one (21) or Older, by signing this, I will be Responsible for their action. I will arrange and provide Bartender details to ADDA if available.

I agree, I will make sure my family and guests , anyone smoking will be on the " Designated Smoking Area " that is outside the Party hall at least 25 feet away from the building and dispose cigarette butts in the proper disposal present

I accept cooking is not permitted at the property

I agree, The rent includes basic cleaning of the Floor and Restrooms. Any additional trash or littering in the grounds (outside of the building or patio) will result in additional cleaning charges

I agree, I'm responsible for all including guests and the property, on any or all damages and injuries during the rental event occurring at the Venue.
